Return Policy

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

  • You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
  • They must be in original condition in the original packaging.

Need a replacement part instead of returning the item?

Are there any charges for return?

  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund. Please note, pick-up service is not included. We may need you to take photos or video.
  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer due to buyer's remorse reasons, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. And a fee of $15 handling fee will be deducted from refund amount. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • It takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3–5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

1-Year Limited Warranty

  • The manufacturer warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modification, alteration, neglect, or mishandling. This warranty does not cover bulbs or finish on outdoor products. In addition, it does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired, or replaced product.
